Transformando Comunidades was born from an uncomfortable truth: the Latino community in the United States is hardworking, resilient, and full of talent, but no one had given them the right tools — in their language, with their context, and with their reality in mind. We're the ones changing that.
Founder & Visionary
Elly Manuel arrived in the United States with less than $200 in his pocket, no credit, no network, and without speaking fluent English. What he did have was unshakable determination and the certainty that the right knowledge could change any story.
Years later, he built a property portfolio across multiple states, started successful businesses from scratch, and — most importantly — realized that knowledge couldn't stay with him alone.
He founded Transformando Comunidades with a clear mission: to democratize access to financial, business, and life education for every Latino in this country. Not as charity. As justice.

Our mission is simple to say and profound to live: to empower the Latino community in the United States with practical education, real connections, and a support system no one else offers. We don't teach academic theory disconnected from reality. We teach what works, proven by people who come from the same place you do.
We envision a future where no Latino in the U.S. makes financial, business, or life decisions out of ignorance or fear. A future where the intergenerational wealth gap in our community closes — not by luck, but through systematic education and collective action. Transformando Comunidades is the bridge to that future.
